On 5th September 2018, Prof. Margitta Worm certified our latest ADCARE European Centre in The Netherlands, the University Medical Center Utrecht as an ADCARE Centre. Firstly, there was a General introduction by the Head of Department, Dr Marjolein de Bruin-Weller. The audit covered Clinical research and research in care innovation together with Dr Harmieke van Os-Medendorp and Dr Ischa Kummeling. Additionally, the topic of Translational research in AD was addressed by Dr Femke van Wijk and Dr Stefan Nierkens. To complete the audit of the excellent centre was a discussion with a representative of the Dutch AD patient Society which proved very informative on collaboration projects. A big congratulations to this excellent centre!
